From its first day back in 1948, Lenahan & Dempsey was formed to be a different kind of law firm.

Founded by John R. Lenahan, Sr., and William J. Dempsey, the firm was created to protect the rights of individuals. The Firm was never shy about taking on big corporations or insurance companies when the rights of a client were at stake.

Four Offices To Serve You
Dedication to the law and our clients has led to tremendous growth. Lenahan & Dempsey is now one of, if not the largest law firm in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania devoted to protecting the rights of the seriously injured. With a staff of over 50 talented individuals, we maintain offices in Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Stroudsburg and Berwick. We are also available for hospital, nursing home or home visits if needed.
