In Pennsylvania, driving under the influence (DUI) is a serious offense that can result in criminal charges and allows for the injured victims of a drunk driver to seek compensation for their injuries and damages.

The legal blood alcohol concentration (BAC) limit for most drivers in Pennsylvania is 0.08%. If a driver is found to have a BAC at or above this limit, they can be charged with DUI. Additionally, commercial drivers and drivers under the age of 21 can be charged with DUI at lower BAC limits.
